Our customer support is now “Self-Service” which means that we love you lots,
but are limited to answering your questions via the “FAQ search tool” or “contact us form” below. We will reply to your email within 48 hours or less.

Calls will only be returned for billingquestions, M-F 9am-5pm PST.
So don’t panic, we will call you back if you have billing issues.
BTW, we can answer most of those questions via the “contact us form” too.

For all other matters, please trust that we will take care of you via FAQs and the “contact us form”

How to cancel account

We're sorry to hear that you are canceling the program. To cancel your account, please log in to your account using your username and password. Click on "My Account" and then choose the option to "Cancel Subscription Plan." You may also call the office or send us an email to cancel your account.

Free trials do not need to be cancelled unless you have entered your credit card to enroll. 

If your account is through HSBC, please contact them to cancel.
