Our customer support is now “Self-Service” which means that we love you lots,
but are limited to answering your questions via the “FAQ search tool” or “contact us form” below. We will reply to your email within 48 hours or less.

Calls will only be returned for billingquestions, M-F 9am-5pm PST.

How to start Assessment

How Do I start the Assessments for my child?

To start the assessment, please have your child log in to their account at the Student Login using the username and password you created for them during the sign up process.

When they log in, they will see two icons for the assessment: Reading and Math Challenge. Click on the Challenge icon to begin taking the assessment.

Please note that for mobile devices, you will need an app (Browser) that allows Flash. Check our mobile devices page for more information.
