Calls will only be returned for billingquestions, M-F 9am-5pm PST.
So don’t panic, we will call you back if you have billing issues.

Retaking the assessment

Can my child retake the assessments? 

Yes, please send us an email with the date of when you would like to have your child re-take the assessment as well as the subjects you would like them to retake (Reading or Math or both). Please allow at least 48 hours for us to reply to your message and to schedule the assessments.
