Our customer support is now “Self-Service” which means that we love you lots,
but are limited to answering your questions via the “FAQ search tool” or “contact us form” below. We will reply to your email within 48 hours or less.

Calls will only be returned for billingquestions, M-F 9am-5pm PST.
So don’t panic, we will call you back if you have billing issues.
BTW, we can answer most of those questions via the “contact us form” too.

What is your Refund Policy? 

Smarttutor.com does not issue refunds for non-usage of the system. After the service is canceled, your credit card will not be prorated for the days left in your billing cycle. If you delete a child from the program and the system bills your credit card after the deletion, we will issue a refund. We understand there are exceptional circumstances. Therefore, we will carefully review each petition for a refund and make decisions based on our billing policies

For transactions using PayPal, no refunds after 60 days can be made as per PayPal’s agreement.
