Our customer support is now “Self-Service” which means that we love you lots,
but are limited to answering your questions via the “FAQ search tool” or “contact us form” below. We will reply to your email within 48 hours or less.

Calls will only be returned for billingquestions, M-F 9am-5pm PST.
So don’t panic, we will call you back if you have billing issues.
BTW, we can answer most of those questions via the “contact us form” too.

Assessment difficulty

The assessment questions seem too difficult/easy for my child. Is that correct?

The assessment is adaptive, that means it will adjust to how your child is answering the questions. It is important they do the assessment on their own so the system can get an accurate understanding of where your child needs to start in the Smart Tutor program.
