Our customer support is now “Self-Service” which means that we love you lots,
but are limited to answering your questions via the “FAQ search tool” or “contact us form” below. We will reply to your email within 48 hours or less.

Calls will only be returned for billingquestions, M-F 9am-5pm PST.
So don’t panic, we will call you back if you have billing issues.
BTW, we can answer most of those questions via the “contact us form” too.

The Smart Tutor Overview - It's a quick version with enough detail to get started, and can be accessed from your Parent account at this link https://www2.smarttutor.com/parents/files/Smart-Tutor-Overview.pdf or by logging in to your Parent account -> Curriculum Guides & Free Resources -> Support.

2. The User's Manual - The Smart Tutor User Manual is a detailed guide for Parents on how the program works, what it does, and how to use it.
