General Assessment Guidelines

The assessments is a placement assessment that adjust as the student answers a question. 

It will start with questions based on the grade level you chose for your student/child. It will then adapt to how the child answers each questions. 

It is important to let the child know that they do not need to know all the answers, this is a placement assessment, and therefore, the program needs an accurate reading of where your child should be placed. 

It also important they do the assessment on their own, no help reading the questions or answers, no calculators, or cheat-sheets please.

If a child doesn't know the answer to a question, let them choose the answer they think is best and move on to the next question.

If they need to take a break, they can close the assessment, and next time they log in, they will come back to the same question they left of.
